Individual Tutoring

I offer individualized tutoring in reading, writing, and math, custom-designed in accordance with my commitment to these principles:

Authentic Motivation – kids' passions and interests play a key role in shaping individualized support

Joyful Rigor – kids find that learning can be fun and challenging at the same time

True Success – kids work toward goals that matter to them, and can recognize their accomplishments as their own

Parents choose 50 or 80 minute sessions, depending on the needs of their child. Each session is followed by a short parent/tutor follow-up conversation to review progress. I also offer several tutoring packages for parents who would like to arrange for a series of sessions.
